50K Aid Stations will be roughly at miles 4, 7, 10, 14,19,23, and 28.
30K Aid Stations will be roughly at miles 4, 7, 10, and 14.5
10K will have an aid station at mile 4

30K Course Map

The 30K course will follow the 50K course except for the first 4 miles on the Mackenzie Gulch trail(lollipop shaped section near Trinity High School) and the loop up and over Musser Hill(Loop on the North-East part of the course furthest from Trinity High School).


This link shows the 30K course, except for one last edit where the way back to Weaver Bally Rd(around mile 17) will detour a 1/4 mile further by following the same route used earlier in the race.

The 10K course follows the first 5 miles of the 50k.
